Unfortunately, you cannot see the entire first image, so click on the second link to check it out. Both of these self portraits are really cool. The first one emulates a famous artist, Frida Kahlo, and the photographer has a whole series of self-portraits that emulate his favorite artists style. I think that is such a neat concept because you can show a part of yourself as well as showing how you like that artist.

The second image is emulating the David Hockney style, which I have done before with real film. I think it is really neat and would like to try and do the same thing as this for one of my images in my triptych, and do all of the editing in Photoshop. I could also just take inspiration from this and make my image all sorts of distorted and flipped and angled.

The links below are just links to myself of other images that I liked and enjoyed, and may possibly pull inspiration from.

NOTE TO SELF: make square, edit. stroke, chose color, where and size. do it all on new layer, take image hit ctrl+t and enter to rotate?
